General Questions

Where can I buy your products?

Our Promotional Product companies can purchase direct from us. Promotional Product companies should become a Registered User of this site to enable on-line purchasing.

Do I need to have an Account?

Yes if you wish to buy on credit. You can apply for a Trade Credit Account here. A Trade Credit Account is not needed if you pay by Credit Card.

What are my payment options?

If you have a credit account, we supply on 30 day payment terms. You may also pay by Visa or MasterCard.

Do you have special prices for Re-Sellers?

Yes. We offer special prices for Re-Sellers. End users are not able to buy at these prices or from this site.

Name Tags

Can you print my name tags for me, and how long does it take?

We can you print your name tags for you. For quantities up to 1,000 we need 24 hours to produce. For larger quantities, 48 hours is required Typically we like to have at least 48 hours notice depending on quantity, but rush orders can be accommodated.

Can I buy the holders and print my own?

If you want to save money, you can buy the holders and inserts and print your own.

Can you print the graphics and I print the names?

Another option is for us to print the colour graphics and you print the delegate names.

What type of graphic and data files do you accept?

The graphic files we need for your printed logos should be at least 300 dpi, and no smaller than the final print size. For example, a 300 dpi file that has a pixel height of 600 pixels will print 2 inches (50mm) high. We accept JPG, TIF, BMP, AI or EPS files in IBM format - we cannot accept Mac files. The data files we need can be Microsoft Excel, Word or Text files.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum name tag order quantity is 20 tags. Of course, we will print smaller quantities when we print late delegate registrations for you.

Is there a Name Tag Artwork/Setup Fee?

Yes we do. Please check our current price list or web site for details.


What is a Lanyard?

A Lanyard is a length of rope or fabric worn around the neck attached to a name tag or photo ID badge. When printed, it can be used as a promotional tool.

What choice of fabrics is available?

Lanyards are available in a wide range of fabrics, including, cord, silk, webbing, polyester, silicon, cotton, bamboo, PET etc.

What does "full colour lanyard printing" printing mean?

Full colour lanyard printing is achieved by using heat transfer sublimation. High quality detail is achieved, but absolute colour accuracy cannot be guaranteed

What does "screen printed" mean?

Screen printed lanyards are printed one colour at a time. Full colour is unavailable. Screen printing works best when the print colour and the fabric colour have a high contrast; for example black on white.

What does "woven" mean?

A woven lanyard is when the graphic design is woven (using fabric) into the base fabric.

What is your smallest lanyard order quantity?

The smallest lanyard order we accept is (10) 20 Unprinted and 50 Custom Printed. Woven lanyards are available for a minimum order of 500 units

Can I have my choice of fittings?

You can choose the fittings you want on your lanyard, and you can choose more than one fitting; for example break-a-way fitting with a swivel hook.

What type of graphic file is needed for my artwork?

For the best results we require a vector file - Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw file. The resolution should be at least 300 dpi.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Unprinted stock Lanyards are generally dispatched on the same day. Our standard dispatch time for 1000 lanyards or less printed in Australia is 10 working days. Overseas (indent) orders are typically delivered in 2 to 3 weeks. We can also arrange rush jobs for an extra cost.

Is there a Lanyard Artwork/Setup Fee?

How much is the freight?

Freight is charges at cost. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please request a quote on AIR FREIGHT for time critical orders.

We despatch your orders in good faith assuming the courier companies we choose will deliver as they promise however, we have no control over them thus we will not take any responsibility for a courier company not delivering on time. This also applies to INDENT orders which are time critical, again although we will take all care to allow enough time for delivery by international couriers we CANNOT be responsible if the goods arrive late or are held up in customs.

As a matter of policy we DO NOT ship via express post or general post as we cannot trace the goods. If you specifically request this we will not take any responsibility if the goods go missing and we will expect full payment for the said goods.

Returns Policy

Under the Trade Practices Act 1974, we will allow a full refund or credit if the goods sold are or become defective through no fault of the buyer. (subject to a fair passage of time) or have defects that were not obvious or that we did not bring to your attention.

All goods will need to be available for collection to receive the full refund. A full credit or refund will not be given on goods ordered in excess of your requirements. If you have ordered the wrong thing we will give you a refund provided the goods are still in their original packaging, undamaged and returned to us within 14 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee. Freight charged on the outgoing order WILL NOT be refunded. If returning goods under any condition you must contact our office to obtain a "goods return credit request" which must accompany the goods being returned. We will NOT accept returns on goods made to order at anytime.
